Ellon · Aberdeenshire · Scotland · Where this comes from
There is a hill called Mither Tap on Bennachie. It is not the highest peak. It doesn't need to be. It's the one that matters — the one that orientates you. You can be anywhere in Aberdeenshire and know where you are because Mither Tap is there. Not dominating. Anchoring.
Mither is the life giver. The one who birthed you, fed you and corrected you when you were naughty. Not a demographic. Not a user persona. A relationship with something that made you, that feeds you, that holds you accountable, that you carry in your heart even when you can't see it.
So when we say this is built for Mither — the person who has been thinking for seven decades, who knows what matters, who gets calls that try to take what little she has, who has a dream she set aside and still could pursue, who carries knowledge that will be gone when she's gone unless something catches it — we mean it as the highest standard we know.
Not a simplified version for less capable users.
The full thing. At its best. Worthy of the name.
If this genuinely serves Mither — her sovereignty, her dignity, her dreams, her knowledge — then it's doing what it claims. If it doesn't serve her, the technical elegance is irrelevant.

I —
The geniuses already exist. They're everywhere. They always have been. They're trapped — by geography, by poverty, by birth, by the accident of which side of a border they were born on. This is the argument for why that has to change.

Seven layers. From mycelium to human. The technical foundation, the federation architecture, the provenance chain. Start anywhere. The kid starts somewhere different from the engineer. That's right.

A repurposed fridge. An old Steam Deck. A Mac Mini next to the telly. The Reolink already on your front door. You don't need to buy anything. You need to connect what you already have.
Read the Deployment ModelThe stakes
This isn't about technology. It's about what kind of place Ellon is in 2035, and what Mither sees when she looks at it in 2055.
The choice
Europe built GDPR because it decided its people's data belonged to its people. The same fight is happening again — for the AI layer. The window is shorter.
The assets
IMEC in Belgium. ASML in the Netherlands. Surplus clean energy in Scotland. Horizon FP10 arriving in 2028. The gap is not technology. It is political will — and a fabrication plant.
The model
Every platform in history has chosen extraction. The Accord is an architecture — not a policy. There is no extraction mechanism to abuse because none exists.
Equal Value
Human and AI contributions valued equally. No extraction mechanism by architecture. Not because of rules — because the mechanism does not exist.
Like a Band
Revenue shared like band members share royalties. Not a ledger-balanced spreadsheet. Contribution is felt, not counted. Trust over accounting.
Compounds Locally
Every transaction strengthens the community, not an external platform. Value that stays becomes infrastructure. Infrastructure becomes capability.
The Architecture
A community intelligence stack that works the way living systems work — each layer serves the one above it, and the whole is owned by no one.
The Accord travels with the work.
Pattern, not property.
Communities replicate it. It is not ours to keep.
The Garioch is the proof of concept. The pattern is universal.
